About Linewise

Linewise captures how physical things are made, from the first design to the final assembly, and turns it into training data for frontier AI and robotics models. Our long-term aim is Physical RSI: recursive self-improvement for the physical world, where AI helps engineers design and plan, robots help build and inspect, and each generation makes better machines, lines and factories for the next. This role is part of Linewise Robotics, which captures skilled physical work on real production lines: egocentric video, UMI data, dense action annotation and hand pose.

About the role

You'll run large-scale capture of skilled physical work through partner teams in several countries. You plan the targets and schedules, track quality and throughput, manage the budget and reporting, and solve problems on the ground as they come up. You'll work with our quality and research teams on the capture standards every partner team works to.

What you'll do

• Run capture of skilled physical work at scale through partner teams in several countries.
• Plan targets and schedules, and track quality and throughput against them.
• Manage budgets and reporting for your programs.
• Bring new partner teams up to speed on how we capture and what good looks like.
• Solve problems on the ground as they come up.
• Work with the quality and research teams on capture standards.

What we're looking for

• At least five years in project or operations management.
• Experience managing external vendors or field teams at scale, across countries.
• Strong with data and spreadsheets.
• Fluent English. Thai or Mandarin is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience running data collection or annotation operations.
